Terms and condition gift cards

• The virtual Gift Card purchased on the website is valid for in-store purchases.
• The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be spent in one solution, it can therefore be used for a single purchase on a minimum receipt equal to the face value of the Gift Card until it is completely used up and cannot be used to purchase further Gift Cards.
• Once the validity period has expired, the Gift Card, if not used, is non-refundable.
• The Gift Card is not a credit card.
• The Gift Card cannot be recharged, resold or converted into money.
• The Gift Card is bearer: in the event of loss, theft or damage (e.g. illegible barcode or numeric code), the card cannot be blocked, refunded or replaced. The amount cannot be converted into cash or credited to a credit card. In the event that the initial value is insufficient to purchase the desired items, the missing amount must be paid in cash or using the other payment methods accepted by HALLE.
• The sale of Gift Cards is out of VAT pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 3, letter A of Presidential Decree 633/72. Any complaints regarding the use of the Gift Card may be sent by e-mail to info@hallemilano.com.
• The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies acceptance of these conditions of use.
• The valid and updated conditions of use shall be published from time to time on the website on this page.
• These conditions of use of the Gift Card are governed by Italian law.
